When trying to understand how phandle-arrays are inferred in `/zephyr,user` I found the documantation a lacking for phandle-arrays and resorted to reading the python implementation. This PR is intened to avoid the need for users to read the python code to understand how phandle-arrays are inferred. Signed-off-by: Kyle Bonnici <kylebonnici@hotmail.com>
