These Terms supplement the Business Source License 1.1 (BUSL-1.1) provided in the LICENSE file. They are intended to clarify the permitted and prohibited uses of the MAIASS CLI when connecting to AI providers.
The MAIASS CLI is designed to connect exclusively to the authorized Velvary Pty Ltd proxy service. You must not modify, reconfigure, or otherwise adapt the MAIASS CLI to connect directly to third-party AI providers (including but not limited to AI) before the Change Date specified in the LICENSE file.
As stated in BUSL-1.1, you may use the MAIASS CLI for development, testing, and internal non-commercial workloads. Use in production environments or for commercial services prior to the Change Date is prohibited, unless explicitly allowed by Velvary Pty Ltd.
- You may not redistribute modified binaries of the MAIASS CLI that remove or bypass the proxy requirement.
- Official builds are distributed by Velvary Pty Ltd. Any forks or derivatives must clearly indicate modifications and remain bound by the BUSL-1.1 license.
Violation of these terms, including attempts to bypass the proxy or use unauthorized providers, will result in immediate termination of your license rights under BUSL-1.1.
