feat: 新增k8s crd管理，修复先前ansible的SSE实时日志
新增k8s crd管理（增删改查、分类、搜索）
调整ansible后端参数以及接口修复(后端请求错误)
增加前端环境变量文件(.env.dev // .env.prod)，去掉proxy代理(SSE不能实时查看就是这个原因)
更新migrate.go模型
更新前端路由和 API 接口
