Timezone Conversion Plugin
The plugin's purpose is to enable timezone conversion functionality for numi. It handles natural language time entries, including formats like "3:00 PM CET to UTC" and decimal times such as "3.5 PM EST to CET," while also accommodating both 12-hour (AM/PM) and 24-hour clock formats. The system supports encoding for the main time zones.
