This repository contains code and notebooks for the data analysis and visualization of the figure panels contained in Takacs, Mylarshchikov et al.
This repository contains two folders:
- notebooks: Jupyter notebooks for data analysis and visualization of the figure panels.
- assets: code to create supporting datasets used for analysis from processed ChIP-seq and Hi-C data.
Refer to individual folders for the detailed information.
Jupyter notebooks and code in assets can be run with a dedicated Singularity image gerlichlab/replchromconf-jupyterlab. Currently, OnTAD for TAD calling needs to be installed separately.
