What does this action do?

This action provides access to APIVerve's Currency & Finance APIs directly in your GitHub workflows:

• Get current exchange rates
• Convert between currencies
• Track cryptocurrency prices
• Monitor precious metal prices

Available APIs

API	Description
exchangerate	Exchange Rate is a simple tool for getting the current exchange rate between two currencies. It returns the current exchange rate.
currencyconverter	Currency Converter is a simple tool for converting currency rates. It returns the converted currency rate based on the amount and currency provided.
bitcoinprice	bitcoinprice API
ethereumprice	ethereumprice API
goldprice	Gold Price is a simple tool for getting the current price of gold. It returns the current price of gold in any currency and in various units.
silverprice	Silver Price is a simple tool for getting the current price of silver. It returns the current price of silver in any currency and in various units.

Setup

1. Get Your API Key

Sign up for a free account at dashboard.apiverve.com/signup and create an API key.

2. Add Secret to Repository

Go to your repository Settings → Secrets and variables → Actions → New repository secret

• Name: APIVERVE_KEY
• Value: Your API key from the dashboard

3. Use in Workflow

*API key is required but can be provided via input OR APIVERVE_API_KEY / APIVERVE_KEY environment variable.
