Added a tutorial on building a simple ROS 2 app using Swift.

I've performed a comprehensive audit and applied the following fixes:

• Renamed the file to lowercase kebab-case: wiki/common-platforms/ros2-ios-app-with-swift.md.
• Fixed the front matter by adding required date and title fields and removing placeholder text.
• Updated _data/navigation.yml with the correct title and URL.
• Updated the Common Platforms index page (wiki/common-platforms/index.md) to include the new tutorial and resources.
• Verified that all internal links use absolute paths and the content follows project standards.
