Overall Workflow:
1. Connection Establishment: The radar program successfully establishes a connection with the PRO CS2 program.
2. Data Acquisition: The PRO CS2 program reads game data.
3. Data Transmission: The acquired game data is sent to the radar program.
4. Visualization: The radar program displays the data to the user via a web service.
