This is not a new issue. It has been occurring consistently for the past few months.
When clicking a link inside the Outlook Web client, the link opens in the smaller preview window as expected. However, if you then click on another tab or switch to a different window, the preview disappears.
At that point, the preview cannot be viewed unless you:
1. Click away from the Outlook tab
2. Click back to the Outlook tab again
After doing this, the preview becomes visible again.
Expected Behavior
The link preview window should remain visible and functional after switching tabs or windows.
Actual Behavior
Switching to another tab or window causes the preview to disappear until the user manually switches away from and back to the Outlook tab.

• This has been happening for several months.
