Hi @tornidomaroc-web! We spent time targeting companies that were technical enough to understand the product and its vision without a specific onboarding as we were focused on product dev. This will change in the coming months |

Hi Thomas,
That makes sense, especially for early technical users.
The challenge comes when expanding to a broader audience—users expect a
clear first step, and landing in an empty workspace can create hesitation
before reaching value.
Curious how you're thinking about that shift.
Best,

Hi,
I’ve been reviewing the onboarding flow and had a question about the first user experience.
After signup, it seems users land in an empty workspace without a clearly enforced first action (like creating a contact or deal).
In many SaaS products, this moment is usually guided very tightly to help users reach their first value quickly.
Is there a specific reason this step is left open-ended in Twenty?
Curious how you approached this decision.
Thanks
