@ingeniumdesign Twenty allows for importing messages only from specific folders, any duplicated messages based on external id are filtered out and they're synced every 5 min, if you want to have a connection to middleware, Twenty has Zapier integration and for n8n, it's really easy to create it by yourself but I believe you should be able to do it now in native workflows |

Hello everyone,
I'm looking for a tool to export emails and then import them into some kind of CRM or newsletter tool.
I came across twenty in the process.
I receive about 5-10 email requests per day.
I always move these email requests to an email folder (subfolder) in my IMAP mailbox.
I have already used make.com to get a request only from the subfolder etc.
But I can't get it to filter duplicate emails etc properly.
Since I only need one email at a time and if the existing email is already there, nothing else should be “imported” or can't be included otherwise.
I would like to have a tool (preferably a self-hosted one) that keeps querying my IMAP subfolder.
The first name, last name and email are then exported to a newsletter, email tool (if the email doesn't already exist).
Because I want to send the contacts a newsletter 2-3 times a month.
Is there a way to check the email contacts for duplicates in twenty?
Is there perhaps a connection to make.com or Zapier or similar tools?
Or, how do you maintain your email lists and contacts so that you don't have any duplicate email contacts?
Or how do your emails arrive automatically in twenty?
Thank you, Sebastian
