How to focus on_output_quickfix

Hi! Before 2.0 I used the toggleterm strategy which taken focus automatically and I liked it. Now there is no such thing and default strategy doesn't make quickfix window focused and I don't know how to make it do so without ugly hacks.

I've added a parameter focus = true that should focus the quickfix window when it is opened
