I read that this issue has been fixed and fix was integrated but looks like it still happens.

$ sudo -u ipamuser php /usr/local/phpipam-agent/index.php discover
{"status":1,"error":"Didn't find any address to scan!"}

This happens every time "Discovery Scan" is enabled for network that is already full.
