Is it by design that we don't get this kind of auto complete

instead of we only get auto complete if we do for example this

I noticed this issue when I was writing some Vulkan code on my Linux machine. No matter what I do, I can never get the auto complete to give me suggestions when, for example, I type vk

vk is likely not a completion trigger (defined by your LSP). If so, you need to trigger completion manually (ctrl+space or ctrl+.) or enable every_keystroke completion mode in your config.
