Shortcut to activate and deactivate the Keyboard Manager

Next to "activé", can we have a shortcut?

Scenario when this would be used?

I have a 100% keyboard on my laptop and I use this same laptop for school and for gaming, so when I am home I activate the keyboard manager with a shortcut when i want to play and when i want to work, I can deactivate the manager with a simple shortcut.

Closing as duplicate of #46122 — both request toggling Keyboard Manager mappings on/off. Keeping #46122 as it covers granular per-group toggle management which encompasses the simpler global toggle request.
