Genesis plus GX - Stuttering with Mega Bezel

Every time I load Golden Axe with a Mega bezel Shader applied, I get a little stutter from time to time. This only occurs when I use Mega Bezel.

The mega bezels are very demanding. What sort of GPU do you have?

My GPU is a RTX2060 Super and my CPU is a I5 12400F. This issue doesn't occur with the glcore, only with vulkan and mega bezel.
