[Suggestion/Request] Allow bottom_menu.png font and size be changed or removed entirely.

I have made several menus though the font doesn't always match or would be more aesthetically pleasing if a different font, font size or word usage was used to get the same idea.

The art you've created is amazing, very much appreciated! I would love to help you out where i can.

I believe @bulzipke already tried to use an other font but he wasn't able to have it display properly.
There are a few other options i could probably help out with, i was thinking about adding a few additional menu options.

Font options:

• adjusting the font's size
• hiding the text, to allow replacing it with artwork ( probably except the save state date, or as a separate option )
• changing the font's color ( i haven't looked into this yet, but it should be relatively easy )

Wallpaper options:

• Allow to select an other bottom screen wallpaper image from the retroarch menu
  This allows us to customize and save per game / core / system

However, i've been using my own customized builds for quite a while now, which uses multiple images for the bottom screen.
Adding the menu option to select a different folder (containing images) is rather easy, but using the filebrowser to filter out anything but .png's and select a single image to just use their path causes me to run into some issues.

I don't really feel like spending much time on an option i won't be using myself, so in the worst case we'll have to settle with selecting a custom folder containing a prefixed name ( as the current "bottom_menu.png" for example )

Allowing the change from UI would be ideal. Per core or game would also be ideal, if only it could be that way for the main Retroarch theme as well. Removal of font would also be fine as I can retouch my previous works. Some of them I feel are better using images to get the idea across instead of the retroarch text.
