Commercial License - SimTradeLab

Dual License Model

SimTradeLab is available under a dual license model.

1. Open Source Use

License: GNU Affero General Public License v3.0 (AGPL-3.0)

  • Free for open source projects
  • Requires source disclosure for network use
  • See LICENSE file for full terms

2. Commercial Use

License: Commercial License (this file)

  • For proprietary/commercial applications
  • No source disclosure requirements
  • Priority support included

Commercial License Terms

A commercial license removes the copyleft obligations of AGPL-3.0.

With a commercial license, you may:

FAQ

Q: Do I need a commercial license?

The AGPL-3.0 license is sufficient for personal and open source projects.

You need a commercial license if you plan to:

  • Use SimTradeLab in commercial products for sale

Q: What support is included?
