The bug
Hi!
I was using the dedup tool which presented 5 (very) different videos files from 5 different albums (another issue about this case is opened here #27688
I chose to keep all of them.
After that, all those videos were added to the whole 5 albums from each came from, and were marked as favorites (only one of them were favorite marked).
I tested the bug with 2 identical pictures, putted in 2 different albums (each one only in one album).
I opened the dedup tool, chose to keep all of them, and they were added, both of them, to each album.
Thank you for considering my issue ;-)

Reproduction steps
- Find/add two identical pictures (for example, make a screenshot of a picture already in immich and add it)
- Put one in an album, and the other one in another album
- Mark only one as favorite
- Wait a minute for deduplication tool cronjob
- Open deduplication tool, the pictures should be found as duplicates
- Choose to keep both of them
- Go check the pictures : they are both favorites now and both included in both albums
