mozjpeg-oxide is a Rust port of Mozilla's mozjpeg. This file documents
the licenses of upstream projects.

Mozilla's mozjpeg (https://github.com/mozilla/mozjpeg) is a fork of
libjpeg-turbo with additional compression optimizations.

License: BSD-style (same as libjpeg-turbo)

1. The IJG (Independent JPEG Group) License - covers the libjpeg API
2. The Modified (3-clause) BSD License - covers the TurboJPEG API
