Email validation should trim and convert to lowercase

Problem

 Email field doesn't normalize input (trim, lowercase)
 
 ## Expected
 Email should be trimmed and lowercase before storing
 
 ## Current
 "  TEST@EXAMPLE.COM  " gets stored as-is

Hi @mohamedhazem4959 , I can take care of this. Normalizing the email field is definitely a best practice. I'll implement the trim and lowercase logic and send a PR over. Could you assign this to me?
