Moving requests into a folder via drag & drop or sorting requests does not work

You can only drop a request onto a folder. Then it is placed at the top of the folder. If you try to move the request directly to the desired position in the folder, the request is placed outside below the folder.

If you want to sort requests that are already in a folder, the dragged request is thrown out of the folder.
