Cursor under SSH won't fit the status of vi

When using vi mode on a local machine, the cursor appears as an outline in insert mode and fill in normal mode.

However, in an SSH environment, the cursor remains fill in both modes.

It's zsh shell 5.9 (both local host and remote machine)

Could you show me your .zshrc? I also use Zsh on both ends of an ssh connection, but my cursor remains the same no matter what I do. I suspect that you may have some custom code changing the cursor.

Yes of course. I want to mention that I use zim framework and enable a couple of plugins, which I am not familiar with currently (since it's the every first time I shift from fish to zsh).
