now I realize that why we need docker container, I tried to run this on windows but it didn't go as I wanted

...
OSError: [WinError 127] 找不到指定的程序。 Error loading "D:\ProgramData\anaconda3\envs\mhxy\Lib\site-packages\paddle..\nvidia\cudnn\bin\cudnn_cnn64_9.dll" or one of its dependencies.
