In the JetStream repo, we use Netlify to get a (temporary) deployment. This is useful for reviewing, in particular UI changes. See this PR for an example (but any random JetStream PR will do): WebKit/JetStream#283. We should probably use Firebase instead of Netlify, but the idea is the same.
