Proprietary Software License Agreement

LocalBotify ("the Software") is a proprietary application owned and maintained by DinoscapeProgramming.

By downloading, installing, or using the Software, you agree to the following terms:

1. License Grant  
Subject to these terms, LocalBotify grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software solely for your personal or internal business purposes.

2. Restrictions  
You may NOT:  
- Copy, modify, distribute, sublicense, rent, lease, or sell the Software or any part of it.  
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Software.  
- Use the Software in any manner that violates applicable laws or regulations.

3. Ownership  
The Software and all intellectual property rights therein remain the exclusive property of DinoscapeProgramming.

4. Disclaimer of Warranty  
The Software is provided "AS IS," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

5. Limitation of Liability  
In no event shall DinoscapeProgramming be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Software, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

6. Termination  
This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term herein.

7. Governing Law  
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany.
