Bedrock players can break ores outside the Box border

For them to not be able to mine any ore outside the border

Observed/Actual behavior

Breaking ores outside the border and the actual block not breaking

Steps/models to reproduce

Hop on bedrock and mine ores outside the border and they won't break

Hmm. I don't have a way to play Bedrock, so I'll need some assistance. Can you run /boxadmin why <playername> and then mine the block outside the border and share what it says in the console?

The check for block breaking is done on the clicked block, so it's a bit odd that they can be broken. Is it just ores? Or can any block be broken? How about trees and wood?
